Chris Moreno is a successful entrepreneur, podcast host, writer, investor, and proud dad to 3 boys who thrives on collaborating with the sharpest minds in real estate and tech. With 20 years of experience in proptech, real estate, and enterprise, Chris has successfully built and sold three companies. Known as "Mr. Proptech", Chris hosts TheMultifamilyHangout.com podcast, where he engages in colorful conversations with the world’s leading real estate developers, investors, and leaders.
Chris actively contributes to several industry organizations, including the National Apartment Association (NAA), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
Recently, Chris has been announced as a Director for PropTechBuzz USA and an Advisor for NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Council).
